I can’t get anyone in this office to get me a PRECERT for my MRI. I have been coming to this office since 2020. The customer service and healthcare in this office has gone all the way down. I love Dr. Levy and Lauren. Also, Dora is the best caring person and very professional and has very good bed side manner. I would love to speak to an office manager. This office is the one that gave me a prescription a month ago for both knees MRI and no one in the office can get me a precertification!!! My insurance requires one. I miss Jessica, she used to work in the offices and would get me a precertification, in a timely manner. Very disappointed in the care, but love some of the doctors.

Dr. Neil has been with me since the beginning of my illness… having him in my corner has been the single greatest choice since the beginning. Knowing we had a plan for pain management was the single greatest gift. I was very aware of addiction… and dependence … he’s worked with my family on all of it!!

Dr Levy has been a lifesaver. She takes time to listen to your concerns and your pain. She has always comforted me and has been able to help me with all of my issues. Old sports injury from my glory days acts up and gets worse as I've aged. Dr. Sinha implemented a plan to mitigate, rehab and reduce the pain. Both of us are looking forward to the day its no longer an issue.

Ever since I started my treatment from the very beginning I was always and still care from everyone in the office. They care for you not only as a patient but like family. When I thought I was running out of options they gave me hope and strength of keep going. I have been seeing Dr. Dipan Patel in the Clifton office. I can not say enough about how pleased I am with my care. When I first saw him and I was in so much pain, he immediately did a procedure to try and give me som comfort until some further could be done. Although my situation is not good right now, he has been in contact with my surgeon to do what he can to help with what must be done next. He has assured me that no matter what, he will be here for me to do what he can to help me. All I need to do is call....I recommend him highly, his knowledge, care, and concern is what makes him an excellent Dr.

First and foremost Tyler is present during, and throughout my entire visit. In fairness and truth about the practice in general, I can assure you that they take the mental side of their patients. It’s not a free get high type practice, it’s a multifaceted approach for each individual’s treatment plan.

Other than the rude front desk person it was a great visit. PA Tyler was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. Unlike other Doctors' offices PA Tyler took the time to listen and I did NOT feel rushed and like he wanted me out of there so he could get to the next person. He also made me feel like I mattered, like I was a patient Not a number. Another qualm I had though was the Doctor himself didn't even bother to come in and introduce himself to me. A quick "Hello, nice to meet you," would have been sufficient. The young lady who checked me out made up for the rudeness of the one who checked me in. After driving away I realized the checkin person failed to return my license and insurance card. When I finished what I was doing on 46E , I returned to the office. I told the young lady that she forgot to return my items. She acted shocked but there they were still on the copier. She said, "I guess I did." NO, apology was offered. I'm glad the rest of the staff was nicer than her!!!

He did me thoracic epidural steroid injection, while awake, and I felt no pain during, or after the procedure. This entire group has treated me, at some point, during my progress for my healing and I am getting better as I continue my treatments with this practice. I highly recommend Dr. Dang. After seeing several other providers and unfortunately having some failed back pain relief I was able to come across Dr. Dang who quickly found the problem which was overlooked for many many years and treated me with the highest quality of care which I can now finally say I am pain-free. I was taking pain meds, tried several injections, stem cells, PRP and many other techniques by different providers to high did not work. Eventually I came across Dr Dang who was also highly recommended by other surgeons ans they were absolutely right, he’s the very best. I just wish I found him sooner. My experience with Dr. Dang was impeccable. I’ve had lower back pain for close to 20 years. I’ve tried several injections, PRP, Stem Cells, minimally invasive surgery, the whole 9 yards with other providers which unfortunately all failed before finding Dr Dang. Dr Dang was the only one who was able to pay very close attention to all the details and finally after all of these years he was able to fix me immediately and I’m finally pain free. I never thought this pain would go away, now I’m taking no pain meds and feel like I did prior to any injuries. Discogenic and neuropathic pain are very hard to treat but I can assure you any pain issues you may have Dr Dang is by far the best. I’m also working in the medical industry and even the doctors I know send all their patients to him bc he’s the very best, I just wish I found him earlier. Thanks again doc! Huge life savor!

Friendly and informative.

I was in extreme pain with my leg and couldn’t walk or bend my leg. I called on a Saturday hoping to find someone to see me and the office was able to schedule me for a Telehealth appointment. Tyler Duggan, PA-C gave me an excellent consultation over the phone, assessed my issues, gave me pain medications and ordered an MRI. A few days later I went into the office with the test results and Tyler gave me various treatment options of which I chose to have a steroid injection under anesthesia. He quickly scheduled my procedure and my pain is gone. I highly recommend Tyler Duggan as he is highly skilled (even though he seems very young) and he gets the job done without wasting time. Thank you Tyler, my pain is gone.

I have had chronic severe pain in my neck,back @ legs for over a decade after a horrendous auto accident.After multiple surgeries,including spinal fusion, there has been little improvement in any aspect of my life.Even less from the daily pain @ suffering.After years of Doctors doing little more then throwing medications at me I finally found Doctor Neil,along with every other Doctor @ the staff at Garden State pain control.They have actually taken a proactive @ personal approach in my care.Not only in easing some of my constant pain,giving me back some quality of life.I have had multiple procedures in which all have given me a measure of relief.I doubt that I will ever be pain free,but now,I finally see light at the end of the tunnel.

Awesome. Getting an MRI for torn meniscus with a Neuromodulator was quite the chore but Lindsey made it happen! She’s the best. Dr Deepan Patel-orthopedics was succinct, professional, and skilled. Arthroscopic surgery was fast and extremely effective. Love these Docs. Recommend to everyone with chronic pain. They are the very best.

I am a patient who has had a SEVERE phobia of needles all my life. I was very anxious coming in knowing my procedure required many needles. First I met with Mr. Krish (the EMG Technician). He saw my fears and helped to calm me, explaining the process I was to undergo. When Dr. Levy arrived (who was to be using the needles), I was in a much better place emotionally. Dr. Levy worked quickly and took her time when I needed a moment to recenter myself. Overall, despite my nervousness, the visit (and needles) wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I've had intense shoulder pain from years of wrestling and sleeping was becoming very difficult. Dr Saurabh Dang injected my shoulder and the relief has been incredible. Talented and caring group of doctors that I highly recommend.

First off the front desk staff is very friendly so it makes the waiting experience a lot nicer even though there's not much of a wait at all. They get you in pretty quick! Now for my doc. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Levy. I have had lower back issues for a long time. I've gone through a lot of doctors until I came to Dr. Levy. She really helped a lot. Unlike a lot of the other doctors I've had she cares about how her patients are doing. I always get follow up calls after any procedure I have with her and follow up visits are shortly after. I came to trust her so much I even sent my mother to her.(Now that's trust!!) If you're having pain issues I highly suggest you go see Dr. Levy. You wont be sorry!

Each and every staff member is welcoming, knowledgeable and shows concern for their patients. Dr. Levy takes the time to listen to me and all of my pain complaints, as well as explain in detail a working game plan for how she can help me. I have been a patient for almost a year and have been treated for neck, back and ankle pain. She has been comprehensive in my plan and innovative in my treatments. They helped me get off all of the heavy drugs another doctor had prescribed me and we are currently in the process of doing a spinal cord stimulator. De. All of the doctors I have worked with at Garden State Pain Control really understand what it is like to experience pain on a daily basis and they truly listen to the patient. Dr. Diptan Sinha, Dr. Dev Sinha, Dr. Saurabh Dang, and Minesh Patel, PAC have taken excellent care of me. I would never want to go anywhere else for care. Each doctor that has consulted on my case has been excellent, and I find its pleasantly unusual to find a practice where all the practicing physicians are equally skilled at such a high level. So too, Minesh Patel, PAC has been wonderful. He has a great ability to listen to the patient, and has been very helpful to me by explaining certain aspects of my care about which that I wanted additional information--his knowledge is superb. Another thing that distinguishes Garden State Pain Control from others is the staff are incredible. Ashmita, at the front desk, has gone the extra mile for me many times. She has ensured that I was cared for even if it meant staying late on a Friday, or calling my insurance to make sure a prior authorization was approved. All members of the staff treat you with respect and warmth, and they are incredibly skilled at their jobs and multitasking in general. As a whole, Garden State Pain Control has been a blessing for me, a place where I regained control over my pain and began to reclaim my life. I am infinitely grateful to the doctors and staff for their ability to work together, and with me, to find solutions that allowed me to function and live life again.

I have been suffering with chronic pain for years and this is the Greatest group of Physicians that I have ever found. I no longer suffer thanks to them. Dr Dang did an amazing and painless procedure on my back, then Dr Patel actually called me on the weekend to make certain that I was feeling better. Support staff is equally amazing. Great Teamwork !
